Two ‘ugly’ alien pups rescued by the RSPCA enjoy a beautiful new life

From cardboard box to goggle box, pups to star in TV series
Two ‘beautifully ugly’ French bulldog pups discovered dumped in a cardboard box are turning heads for all the right reasons now.

The scrawny bald pups were named Yoda and Mogwai by their rescuer RSPCA inspector Simon Evans because of their strange otherworldly appearance.

Blind puppy saved from euthanasia looking for love

There have been a couple of stories lately that have made me shake my head in complete incomprehension – here’s another one.

How beautiful is little Bea? Yet all her breeder could see of her was that she would not “sell”. So to that breeder, the tiny puppy was no longer worth anything, and was taken to the vet, at just FIVE WEEKS OLD, to be put to sleep.

Puppies survive being dumped in a bucket

Here’s a “pupdate” on the six tiny Lurcher puppies who were dumped in a bucket late in 2016. The tiny, five week old pups were dumped on a doorstep a few days before Christmas 2016. Due to the timing of their discovery, the youngsters were named after Santa’s reindeer, after being taken to the RSPCA.

The litter of puppies are recovering from their ordeal, although one puppy – Dasher - very sadly died of parvo within a few days of being rescued. The surviving puppies are doing very well, thankfully.
