Rottweiler

Bubba : Rottweiler

Dogs name: Bubba
Owners Name: Sheryl
Bubba was my companion and my best friend. He was poisioned with antifreeze by a fearful neighbor when he got out of his kennel back in March 07. We done everything we could to save him, but to no avail. I miss him dearly and can never replace him. He is always with me in my heart. I can still see him in all the goofy things he used to do:(

Rottweiler breed profile

Training and intelligence
This breed is very trainable, but it is very intelligent too, so you must be a good trainer, and show the dog exactly how you expect him to behave, otherwise he is quite capable of making his own decisions. Rottweilers are very eager to work, and the owner must make his/her contribution by socialising and training the dog well. They can be dominant, and are sensitive to your tone of voice.

Temperament
The Rottweiler should be loyal, balanced and spirited.
