Pet Bereavement Leave
Erika Sinner always knew that pets are family, and that grieving owners needed pet bereavement leave when they mourned their beloved companion animal. She realised how right she'd been when she was unexpectedly mourning one of her dogs, and coping with a serious health issue with another dog.
Erika and host, Julie, discuss what it's like to grapple with grief, how we can support ourselves and each other, how non-pet owners can help and more.
