Pet Trailing a Missing Capybara

You may have seen headlines recently about a missing capybara, Cinnamon, who escaped from Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World in Telford, Shropshire, UK. Behaviourist Rachel Rodgers and her dog Rico volunteered to help search for Cinnamon.

Rachel is a qualified, experienced behaviourist who has help many people and dogs - including host Julie and her Papillon puppy, Diamond. Rachel and her rescue dog, Rico, took up pet trailing, and enjoy it so much they now help train others to enjoy the benefits of getting that doggy nose working. Rachel and Rico have helped locate many missing pets.

Rachel talks about the process of pet trailing, and how although Rico didn't locate Cinnamon, he did provide helpful information for keepers, who did find Cinnamon a few days later. Find out more at Rachel's Canine School of Trailing website and at her Instagram.
