Nikki Moustaki

I thought, "What if I could do something where people could participate but not have to spend any of their money?"
 - Nikki Moustaki

Nikki Moustaki is an award winning freelance writer, TV personality, pet industry expert and animal trainer. She set up an innovative scheme, The Pet Postcard Project, which allows people to get dog food delivered to shelters simply by sending postcards of their dogs.

You can hear from Nikki how you can get involved in this food-raising enterprise, and how you can also nominate shelters to receive food.

Nikki also talks about Nitro's Law, and how she has been raising awareness of the issue, again through dog food- but this time she's the one eating it.

Nikki certainly does things in style and to celebrate having her Schnauzer Pepper, the two of them cruised from America to Europe and Pepper wrote about it in his Pepper in Paris blog.

You can find out more about Nikki, the Pet Postcard Project and Nitro's Law at Nikki's website, and she is also on Twitter and Facebook.
