The RSPCA signs a three-year licensing agreement with Carousel Calendars

New animal calendars will promote values of the RSPCA and raise funds for the charity.

Leading UK animal welfare charity, the RSPCA, and the UK’s largest calendar publisher and distributor, Carousel Calendars, announce that they are creating a new range of products for 2016.

The new range, which will feature a total of six calendars, covers a variety of popular pets and wild animals. The selection of domestic animal calendars includes ‘I Love Kittens’ and ‘I Love Puppies’ slim calendars and a ‘Lovable Pets’ wall calendar.

The animals featured in these calendars portray happy and healthy pets in an enriched environment, which reflects the values of animal welfare that the RSPCA actively promotes.

As well as ‘Donkeys’ and ‘Horses’ wall calendars, there is also a ‘British Wildlife’ slim calendar, which features a selection of mammals and birds that can be spotted in the British countryside.

This fantastic new collection of calendars will also crucially support the ongoing work of this important charity. A percentage of all sales for the calendars will be made directly to the RSPCA, which will be used for their animal welfare work.

Martin Rees-Davies, Head of Licensing for Carousel Calendars, said: “For many years we have had a very close working relationship with the RSPCA and are thrilled to be working with them on the dated license.

“The RSPCA is a huge brand and our combined expertise has created a beautiful range of products with stunning imagery that will appeal to all pet and wildlife lovers.

“Yet the product will also portray a very clear message of the RSPCA’s invaluable work. We are really looking forward to taking the key aspects of brand, message and design forward for many years to come.”

Ellen Camillin, Licensing Manager for the RSPCA, said: “We are delighted to be working with Carousel Calendars on this stunning range of pet and wildlife calendars. Each calendar has been carefully developed for animal loving consumers who really care about the welfare of animals. The amount contributed to the society from the sale of the titles will also provide much needed funds for essential RSPCA welfare activities such as providing animal shelters, mobile clinics and animal rescues.”
