Do you fancy bamboozling your dog?

Do you have a super smart dog, or one who needs extra distraction when left alone? Well here's news that might interest you:

Company of Animals premieres the world’s most eco-friendly dog toy at Crufts
Dogs in the UK are looking forward to being Bamboozled when Company of Animals premieres the world’s most eco-friendly dog toy at Crufts.

Bamboozle is the ultimate boredom-busting toy and was created by Dr Roger Mugford following a visit to the Far East to see the work of the charity Animals Asia. Roger witnessed black bears playing with raw bamboo and was impressed by the toughness of this special plant, instantly recognising its application as material for dog toys.

The Bamboozle is a cylindrical piece of bamboo that is closed off at each end and has a hole in the side for food treats to dispense when rolled. Dogs love rolling Bamboozles around with their paws and noses in search of tasty treats and they also enjoy the texture of natural bamboo.

Bamboozles are made from heat-treated bamboo without the use of any chemical additives, so they are kinder to the environment. The harvesting and manufacture of Bamboozles is actually carbon positive and creates much-needed employment for the rural communities of Indochina.

By buying this ‘dog toy with a conscience’ you will also be benefiting the bears of Asia, as a donation from each purchase will go to help fund Animal Asia’s valuable work closing down bear bile farms in China and Vietnam. Animals Asia liberates bears and provides them with lifelong sanctuary as well as promoting respect for all animals in Asia. Find out more about the charity at www.animalsasia.org.

Make sure your dog doesn’t miss getting his paws on one of the first Bamboozles to enter the UK by registering online. The first 100 people to register will receive a free Marrowbone with their Bamboozle. Visit www.companyofanimals.co.uk to find out more.
