Life has been very busy the last few weeks, and one of the things keeping Buddy and me busy has been rehearsing with the Safe and Sound team, getting ready for Crufts. Safe and Sound is an excellent scheme run by the Kennel Club to promote the correct and safe way to behave around dogs. We will part of the Safe and Sound displays in the main arena at Crufts on the Saturday and Sunday of the show.
Buddy and all the dogs involved have been hard at work learning what is required of them, and to be honest Buddy has very much enjoyed rehearsals. Being a Labrador he loves being around people, particularly children, and the photograph demonstrates how he spends most of hi non-working time at rehearsals. His favourite position is on his back, surrounded by children, getting lots of tummy rubs - doggy heaven!
