DogCast Radio Episode 70

Episode 70 of DogCast Radio is now available, so you can catch up with some of the people we met at the Cold Wet Nose Show. The day was such fun, for both us and the dogs. I only have one regret from the day – we left the VIP tent just before Chris Evans (www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/chrisevans/) arrived, and returned just after he had left. Aaargh!
Other than that it was fantastic, and I managed to meet up with so many people that I either have interviewed, or am planning to interview. The dogs also appreciated the VIP tent as there were tons of doggie goodies on offer.

In the same episode you can also hear about Greyfriars a rehabilitation centre that specialises in hydrotherapy, as well as many other treatments. Angela Griffiths talks about her work, and how she bonds with patients, particularly those who are in residence for lengthy periods at the centre.

It’s reassuring to be reminded in a world with so much bad press for dogs, that there are events to celebrate our relationship with them, and also to be reminded of the lengths owners and therapists will go to to protect and repair dogs’ health and wellbeing.

Make sure you give it a listen!
